This is the 10th episode of the Friday Poetry Series. In this ode, I extol a very good friend of mine in whom I find value. And whose beauty, piety, and aura I admire a great deal.
I call on the electoral commission to ensure a seamless election exercise, aspirants to enable peace to reign, and supporters of the various aspirants to accept that this is an election to unite us yet again and not divide us.
I hesitate to sing praises on leaders who do the needful. But I can’t defeat the temptation to announce my excitement about the wonder I saw of Naadu and team.
The theme of this poem is love. In very simple terms, it extols a woman, her beauty and virtues.
